By accessing or using datatrek.io (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Site.

This Site is a marketing and informational website. It describes the services Datatrek offers and allows prospective clients to make contact enquiries.

The actual provision of any service — including SOC, SIEM, XEDR, XNDR, vulnerability management, or S3 backup — is governed by a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or contract) signed between Datatrek and the client. These Terms of Use do not govern those service contracts, and nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services.

All content on this Site — including text, copy, data, graphics, logos, design, and source code — is owned by Datatrek or its licensors and is protected by Greek and EU copyright and trademark law.

You may view the Site and quote brief excerpts for reference or commentary purposes, provided you attribute the source. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any material on this Site without prior written permission from Datatrek.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or make automated requests to the Site beyond what robots.txt permits;
• submit false, misleading, or malicious content via the contact form;
• attempt to circumvent spam protections, rate limits, or session security mechanisms;
• probe, scan, or attack the Site or its underlying infrastructure without authorisation — coordinated disclosure of genuine vulnerabilities is welcome at soc@datatrek.io;
• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.

By submitting the contact form you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and up to date;
• you have the authority to share any company information included in your message;
• you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

Datatrek may decline to respond to any submission at its sole discretion. Submission of the form does not create any contractual obligation on Datatrek's part.

The Site and all its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Datatrek does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. Service descriptions are illustrative; binding terms are set out in the relevant signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Greek and EU law, Datatrek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Greek law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Datatrek has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Linking does not imply endorsement.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Greece.
